Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 can Goya small white beans
    1 can Goya pinto beans
    1 can Goya black beans
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    1 package (8 oz) sliced mushrooms
    1 6 oz can tomato paste
    1 tbl worchestershire (to taste)
    1 few shakes of Franks hot suace

    Spices:
    Garlic
    Chili powder
    Cumin
    Salt
    Pepper
    Onion powder (Add real onion if you want)

Tips

My BF is a meat eater so I usually cook up some ground beef for his bowl and season with the same spices I made the chili with.

Top with cheese, sour cream, or anything else you like. We eat it on rice!!!


Directions

Drain all beans. Put them and the undrained tomatoes into a crockpot. Add the raw veggies and any spices you want. Leave on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Taste and re-season as needed.
