Ingredients

    Half an onion, chopped however
    1 cup of carrots, chopped into batons
    1 pack value noodles (with or without sachet)
    1 tin of tuna 200g odd
    1 big tbsp curry sauce concentrate
    I also add whatever veg is in the fridge, e.g. green beans, cabbage, cauliflower

Directions

Fill medium saucepan about 1/4 with water and start to boil. While it does so, slice carrots and add, then same for onions. Boil for about 5 mins, then add noodles. After about 3 mins add tuna (drained) and stir about. A couple of mins after that, stir in the curry sauce concentrate, cover with lid and switch off heat. Leave for a couple more minutes, then serve.

Serving Size: serves one comfortably, but two at a push if you add more veg
