Ingredients

    Soak 1 Tablespoon of Chia seeds with 4 Tablespoons of water for 15 minutes to make Chia Gel. Use 1/4 of gel in smoothie (either blended or stirred in after), refrigerate remaining gel for future use.

    Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.

    Can use other fruit but it will change nutritional info.

Tips

You want to layer the ingredients with the liquid and larger fruit closest to the blades so it blends well.

There a lot of seeds from berries and chia so I find it easier to drink with a straw.
