    1 Banana
    1 handful walnuts
    Unsweetened Almond Milk (.75 cup)
    Ground flax meal (1 tbsp)

Tips

You can add more milk and peanut butter to thin the texture and sweeten the flavor if you so choose.


Directions

Break up banana into pieces. Combine with walnuts, almond milk, and flax in blender. VROOOOOOOOOM! Place in drinking vessel. Enjoy
