Ingredients

    3/4 c. Chobani 0% nonfat Greek Yogurt
    1/4 c. Mayonnaise
    1/2 packet Mrs. Dash French Onion Dip Mix

Tips

If you use low fat or non-fay mayo this becomes a completely guilt free dip. I eat it with Special K cracker chips or carrot and celery sticks.


Directions

Mix the dip mix with the yogurt and mayo. Refrigerate for one hour.
