    210 grams Corned Beef chopped finely
    1 pkt (4 serves) Edgel Instant Mash
    200 grams Aldi Peas Corn and Carrots thawed
    1/2 cup chopped Onion
    1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/2 tsp Onion Powder
    150 grams Zucchini grated
    1/4 cup Oat Bran
    30 grams Romano Cheese


Make mash with boiling water, making it a little drier than usual.
Add all other ingredients except the Oat Bran and mix well, form into 8 patties.
Roll patties in Oat Bran, and fry in skillet sprayed with canola spray for a @ 7 minutes on each side.
