Introduction
This salad is a combination of fresh veggies and canned beans. It is a very satisfying snack or cold side dish with a slightly sweet but tart bite. I make a big batch and leave it in the refrigerator and eat on it all week. This salad is a combination of fresh veggies and canned beans.
