Ingredients

    3 Pork Chop, Boneles, Lean
    2 Apple fresh sliced
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tsp

Directions

Heat olive oil in oven safe pan. Add pork chops & give each side a nice sear. Remove pan from heat & remove pork chops from pan. Add half the apples to bottom of the pan, sprinkle some cinnamon on them. Add the pork chops on top of the apples, then put the rest of the apples on and again sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover and cook in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes
