Introduction

Ingredients

    6 oz venison tenderloin - chopped
    2 medium onions chunked or sliced
    1 8 oz pks of mushrooms cleaned and chunked or sliced
    1 tbs whole wheat flour
    2 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos (substitute soy sauce to taste)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 tsp coconut oil
    1 tbs Amish low sodium beef granuals

Tips

I used Aldi's fit and active cream soup.


Directions

Chop onions, mushrooms, and slice/dice meat. Put meat in a bowl and sprinkle with 1 tbs of flour. Fry in hot coconut oil. Add onions cook for a few minutes and add garlic and mushrooms. Can add some water if needed. Add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and liquid aminos. Simmer for a few minutes and serve with your choice of rice, potato, or noodles. (not included in counts).
