Ingredients

    1 whole small cauliflower
    6 cloves garlic
    1 cup low carb spaghetti sauce
    2 large Baby Zucchinis
    1 small cooking onion
    1 228g sliced white mushrooms
    1 Medium pepper
    1 tetra pack low sodium chicken broth
    1 tsp chilli powder



Directions

Chop up all veggies/chicken coarsely and add to chicken broth and spaghetti sauce. Cover and cook on high for 4 hrs

Serving Size: make 10 2 cups servings
