Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

1 cup unflavored, unsalted pumpkin puree (fresh or canned)
1/2 bananna, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
    1 TBS Natural Peanut Butter w/ Honey,Skippy
    1/2 serving soy protein powder
    1TBS cinnamon
1/2 TBS pumpkin pie spice blend
    1 C CoCoNuT Juice ( I used FoCo)
    1c-8oz spring water

Tips

you could sub almond or soy milk(unsweetened or light vanilla) in place of the soy protein powder too, just decrease the other liquids by half and it still tastes about the exact same its just a thinner version. I would call this the AM version of the pumpkin dessert drink...

Directions

Put into tall NutriBullet container or blender the pumpkin, the bananna, the peanut butter, the spices, and the spring water. Blend for 45 seconds- 1 minute till well mixed. Add coconut water, and soy powder to this mixture, blend for an additional 1-2 minutes. Serve immediatly....

Serving Size: Makes 2- 8 oz/1 cup servings
