Introduction

Ingredients

    1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled, cleaned, tails removed
    1 Avocado, diced
    1 cup cucumber, diced
    1/2 a green bell pepper, diced
    1/2 a red bell pepper, diced
    2 medium tomatoes, diced
    1/2 cup diced onion
    5 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
    juice of 1 lime
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    hot sauce to taste

Directions

Rinse the shrimp and the diced onion and drain well. Add remaining ingredients and toss. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
