Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Cups Romaine Hearts
    1 Cup Fresh Spinach
    1 Hard Boiled Egg
    1 Ounce Banana Peppers, about 12 rings
    6 Cherry Tomato's
    Half Cup of Cucumber, with peel
    3 Ounces Fresh Carrots
    Half Green Bell Pepper
    Olive Oil and Lemon Salad Dressing

Directions

Boil Hard Boiled Egg. I make several for the week.

Wash, dry, chop, and prepare all ingredients.

Add dressing to salad in a bowl with lid, and shake well.

I'm a big guy, and this fills me up nicely.
