Ingredients

    Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    fresh onion, 2 cup
    Butternut Squash, 400 grams
    Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice, 4 cup
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, 280 grams
    Beans, white, 280 grams
    Ground beef, 350 grams

    optional: 4 gloves of garlic, 1 small green chili pepper

    2 tsp oregano
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp cumin
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Cut onions into little squares, cut pumpkin into larger cubes. Cut garlic and chili pepper if desired.

Roast onions in oil. Add ground beef and cook until brown. Add Pumpkin, a little bit of garlic and chili pepper if desired, salt, pepper, oregano, cumin and a tiny bit of cinnamon. Let roast for a bit.

Add tomatos, beans and corn. Set to a simmer and let cook until desired consistency.
