Ingredients

    2 2/3 cups Nonfat Dry Milk
    2/3 cup Agave Nectar
    8 Tbsp. Margarine
    1/2 c. Boiling Water

    1 3/4 cups Lowfat (1%) Milk
    Flavorings (Vanilla, Chocolate, Almond, etc.)

Directions

Combine Water, Margarine, Agave and Dry Milk. Mix with immersion blender for best results. Mix until well blended and thickened. Add milk. Add any flavorings (Calculate those calories). Pour into airtight container(s). SHAKE to mix well. Mark container with date.

Serving Size: 1 TBSP (Makes about 1 quart)
