Cute idea but... How is this a recipe? Shouldn't it be put into a different area of the site? - 10/31/13

We actually did this a couple of weeks ago and used black electric tape. It worked great and is also waterproof, as we have them in a display outside. Thank You. - 10/31/13

I would worry about using markers since I don't know if the chemicals would penetrate the skin. Stickers are a much better idea! - 10/31/13

What a cute idea! Pity I didn't read it earlier because I couldn't get the traditional orange pumpkins this year.
For those worried about the black marker: how about using make-up like kajal or mascara? Since we put in (almost) into our eyes, it should be safe. - 11/5/13

These are adorable, but I gotta be honest. It would only work while at a party where you know everyone or a family gathering. If my kid came home with one from treating, in the trash it would go. Isn't that awful? But I like the idea for our family dinner. that night.
