Ingredients

    1 lb turkey sausage
    6 medium potatoes
    2 small tomatoes
    1 clove of garlic
    1/2 cup mushrooms
    1/2 zucchini squash
    1 medium onion
    1/4 cup baby carrots

Directions

cut and clean all veggies. Brown in skillet. when browned add potatoes and meat. Cover and cook for 15 minutes stirring frequently.
