Ingredients

    2 Tbsp. Flax Seed Meal
    2 TBsp. Isopure Zero-carb Creamy Vanilla protein powder
    1 Tbsp. unsweetened Cocoa Powder
    1/2 tsp. ground Cinnamon
    Sweetener to taste, low-/no-calorie low-/-no carb
    1 Egg
    1 Tbsp. Butter, unsalted
    Pinch of salt, if using unsalted butter (omit if using salted butter)

Tips

Experiment with adding in flavoring syrups, nuts, etc. Just remember to include any add-ins in your carb/fat counts.


Directions

Mix dry ingredients in small bowl. Melt butter in microwave bowl let cool slightly then mix in liquid sweetener to taste; add egg. Add liquid ingredients to dry; pour batter into slightly greased/cooking sprayed microwave-safe mug or small bowl. Microwave for about 1 minute; DON'T over-cook. Top with a small dollop of whipped cream (not included in calculations), if desired. Enjoy!
