This is a very flavorful tuna salad I created for my family This is a very flavorful tuna salad I created for my family
Number of Servings: 6


    3 (6 oz.) cans solid white tuna in water, drained and mashed
    1/2 lemon, juiced
    1/4 cup Smart Balance Omega Plus Light Mayonnaise
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 medium carrot, finely shredded
    2 small stalks celery, fined diced
    3 small scallions, finely diced
    1/4 cup sweet pickle relish


In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate until serving time.
