Ingredients

    2 pounds boneless beef chuck roast, sliced into strips
    2 beef boullion cubes, dissolved in 2 cups hot water
    1 cup soy sauce
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    12 drops liquid sucralose
    2 TBSP sesame oil
    6 cloves of garlic, minced
    Broccoli florets, 3 cups (use more or less if you like)

Directions

Place beef in crock pot. Combine boullion, soy sauce, brown sugar, liquid sucralose, oil, and garlic. Pour over beef. Cook on low for 8 hours. Add frozen broccoli florets and cook for 30 minutes or until broccoli is heated through.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1-cup servings
