    1 can (14.75 oz) salmon
    1 large egg
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    2 tbs olive oil

Tips

hot sauce, cayenne, dill, etc may be added without significant carb impact


Directions

mix salmon, egg and spices together well, shape into 4 patties.
heat olive oil in skillet, and fry the patties approximately 3 minutes per side over medium-high heat
