    8 oz milk (I use Almond Breeze Almond Milk, refrigerated, original unflavored, 30 cal per serving)
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Unjury)
    1 T. sugar free fat free cheesecake pudding mix
    3 T. canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
    1/2 t. lemon juice
    5 - 6 cubes of ice


Mix all ingredients except ice in a blender 1 - 2 minutes. Add ice and blend until all ice is crushed
