Ingredients

    1 c. quick-cooking oats
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 Tbs. Truvia Baking Blend
    1 Tbs. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 whole egg
    2 egg whites
    1 1/2 Tbs. Canola oil
    1 3/4 c. plain light Silk soy milk
    1 Honey Crisp Apple, peeled, cored & diced

Tips

Cooking time will vary based on how many pancakes you can fit on griddle, as well as temperature and type of griddle used.


Directions

Preheat griddle to medium-high; spray with butter-flavor cooking oil.
Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Beat liquids together, then mix into dry ingredients. Stir in apple pieces.
Ladle 1/2 cup portions onto griddle. Cook until bubbles form, pop and stay open. Flip once, and cook until browned or steam stops rising from pancake. Keep warm before serving.
If desired, serve with butter/margarine and syrup.
