Ingredients

16 oz fresh mushrooms
10 oz frozen spinach thawed and drained
6 Egg Whites
6 large eggs
4oz feta cheese
13 mission flour tortillas
Tips
I wrap these in press and seal and reheat for 90 seconds in the microwave.
Directions
Saute mushrooms and spinach for a few minutes. Add eggs and cheese and stir until set. Measure 1/3c. of mixture into each tortilla.
