Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups Kirkland brand, chicken stock
    1 cup zucchini
    1 cup carrots
    1/2 cup onion
    1 cup fresh spinach
    1 cup brown rice (cooked)

Directions

slice zuccini and carrots into 1" sticks. slice onion into thin slices. bring stock to a boil and add vegetables, simmer 10 minutes, add rice and simmer 20 minutes. Emjoy!
