Ingredients

Potato, raw, 2 medium
10 brussels sprouts,
Beets, fresh, 2 beet
Baby Carrots, raw, 10 medium
2 medium Rutabagas
Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend,
Directions
clean and skin rutabagas and beets
cut potatoes, beets and rutabagas into fourths
trim and soak Brussel sprouts in salted water for about 10 minutes (this will remove any insects wtill within the leaves)
put all veg in a bag and toss with olive oil - place all veg except brussel sprouts on a cookie sheet you have sprayed with a unstick cooking spray
sprinkle with Mrs dash
bake at 375 for 30 minutes
add brussel sprouts to sheet, add more Mrs. Dash
continue baking for 30 more minutes
