    1 Tbsp. Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
    1 Tbsp. Coconut Spread (or coconut butter)
    1 oz. Cream Cheese
    1 Tbsp. Heavy Whipping Cream
    1 tsp. SF Vanilla Flavoring Syrup (Torani-type)


You can add different SF flavoring syrups - maybe chocolate, hazelnut, etc. or add in a Tbsp. of coco powder for a chocolatey treat. Let your imagination run wild!


Lightly toast coconut flakes (I did mine in microwave). Stir in coconut spread (or coconut butter) and heat about 30 seconds. Stir in cubed, softened cream cheese and microwave about 30 seconds, stirring until fluffy. Add in whipping cream and flavoring syrup; stir until well incorporated. Freeze or refrigerate until firm or enjoy as a whipped dessert once chilled.

Serving Size: Makes 1 generous serving or 2 snack-size
