Ingredients

    Pork Loin roast 1 1/2 lb
    1 cup pumpkin puree
    1 apple-diced into 1 inch cubes
    4 oz. juice (I used pineapple peach mango)
    1 Tbsp lemon juice
    2 Tbsp organic cocnut palm sugar

Directions

Place roast in bottom of slow cooker. Mix all other ingredients and spread over top of roast. Cook 8 hours on low.
