Ingredients

    6 oz Mackerel fish
    2 tbsp Chili powder
    1/2 c. Onions
    Del Monte cut green beans
    1 c. tomato sauce

Directions

Onions should be chopped up, and you might want the green beans cut up a little as well. Then everything is put in a sauce pan, bring to a boil stirring constantly, then lower heat and simmer a good 20 minutes. add salt and pepper if desired.
