This is a quick work night version of chicken Parmesan that's so tasty and easy! This is a quick work night version of chicken Parmesan that's so tasty and easy!

Ingredients

    1 box (16 oz) thin spaghetti
    1 jar Bertolli Arrabbiata sauce
    10 chicken nuggets
    1.5 bags pepper stir fry blend
    2/3 cups shredded pizza cheese

Directions

* Bring a large pot of water to a boil; at the same time, preheat oven to 400 deg F.
* Boil spaghetti according to package directions
* Bake chicken nuggets for 10-12 minutes, until crispy.
* Drain spaghetti and return to pot. Add 1.5 bags of peppers and onions. Stir in 3/4 of jar of pasta sauce.
* Arrange spaghetti, peppers and sauce mix in bottom of 9x13 baking dish.
* Cut chicken nuggets in half and top the spaghetti mix.
* Pour remaining sauce over nuggets and pasta.
* Sprinkle cheese over top.
* Bake 10 minutes until cheese is melted and peppers/onions are tender.
