    Beets, potatoes, carrots, zucchini, cucumber, water, salt, pepper, onion an garlic powder mix,

Tips

depending on how it tastes after cooking for awhileI may add different spices but usually this is good. My servings amount is approximate I never can figure out serving amounts.


Directions

I peel all my veggies and process through the food processor raw not to a puree but slushyish, put into the crock pot add water, spices and stir it up a bit, put the lid on and let it cook for at least 5 hrs.
