Ingredients

    1 package frozen shelled edamame, defrosted & dried
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Mix Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and salt & pepper in a and bowl and set aside.

3. In separate bowl, combine edamame and oil and toss to coat. Add Parmesan mixture and mix well. Spread in a single layer on a large baking pan.

4. Bake 15 minutes, or until cheese is crispy.

    I made this recipe -- but do NOT defrost the edamame -- leave them frozen.... they turn out super crispy and delicious!!

    Very Good
    Overall, a tasty recipe. I used real parmesan cheese and it clumped instead of coating the edamame. This might be better with more finely shredded cheese or the powdered kind. Eat them warm. - 11/23/13
