Ingredients

    12 cups kale chopped
    1 C shredded parmasean cheese
    6 TBS lemon juice
    6TBS EV olive oil
    4 cloves garlic
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
    1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions

make dressing with last 6 ingred. pour over kale. mix in cheese. let marinate about 30 before serving.
