Ingredients

    1 Cup Strawberries, Quartered
    3/4 Cup Fresh Spinach
    1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
    1 Tbsp Protein Powder (your preference)
    3/4 Cup low-fat (1%) Milk
    1 Tbsp sweetener (your preference)
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Tips

* If using frozen strawberries, add a full cup of milk if the smoothie is too thick (remember to adjust for your calorie counters..)


Directions

Add all ingredients to blender/smoothie machine, blend until smooth.

Serving Size: 1 - 12 oz smoothie
