Ingredients

    Asparagus, fresh, 20 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long)
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Portabella Mushrooms, 100 grams
    Garlic, 2 tsp
    *HF Turkey Kielbasa (2oz), 4 serving
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 4 tbsp
    *galic and herb mrs dash, 1 tsp
    Brandy.... as a treat

Tips

I added brandy when my kielbasa started to burn .. made it exta yummy...


Directions

Cook Kielbasa in 2tsp of oil remove from pan once it's cooked. if it burns add little of brandy.
in a different pan cook mushrooms w/ remaining oil once cooked at garlic for 3 min cooking then turn heat off
cook asparagus in the same pan as the kielbasa and add onions. add Kielbasa back in and mushrooms turn heat off..
