Ingredients

2 1/2 lbs of chicken (I used frozen chicken breasts)
1 bouillon cube
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 T lemon juice
1 T chili powder
1 T granulated garlic (or garlic powder)
2 tsp dried basil
2 tsp dried parsley
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp (more or less to preference) cayenne pepper
Directions
Directions: Put chicken in slow cooker. Whisk all the other ingredients together and pour over chicken. Cook on low in slowcooker for 8 hours. Shred chicken with a fork. Serve in lettuce wraps, tortillas, over rice, etc.
