Ingredients

    Oatmeal, Robin Hood Large Flake uncooked, 1 cup
    Whole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cup
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large
    Canola Oil, 1 1tsp
    Canola Oil, 2 1tsp
    Splenda, 6 tsp
    1 tsp vanilla extract, unsweetened
    Milk, 3.25%, 0.25 cup
    Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 0.25 cup
    Mixed Berries, 0.5 cup
    0.25 cup chopped nuts (optional, and not included in nutritional values)

Tips

add nuts! crunchy is the way to go, with extra brain power!!


Directions

blend all the dry ingredients, then add the wet ingredients and blend well together.
Pour mixture into a greased 9x9 baking dish and bake at 350F for 35-50 minutes, until golden brown on the top and a toothpick pierces clean

Serving Size: 1/8 of the square pan is equal to one breakfast bar
