Introduction

Heat olive oil in a skillet, add garlic and saute till golden. Add onions and carrots and saute till wilted. Add peppers and saute till wilted. Add stewed, sauce, and paste tomatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes. Cook pasta according to direction on box. Spoon tomato mixture on top of pasta.     Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), .5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped
    Salt and pepper to taste.
