Ingredients

    1 lb chicken breast
    1/3 cup flour for dredging
    3 eggs beaten with
    8 tsp parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and
    3 tbsp. chicken broth
    fry in oil, then drain and empty pan
    in same pan, reduce chicken broth and wine
    then add butter, reduce some more
    add lemon juice and reduce for a few more minutes
    return cutlets to pan and heat for 2-3 minutes only
