Ingredients

    *Veg: Garlic, raw, 3 clove serv., 1 serving
    *onion, raw, diced, 0.75 cup
    Ground beef, extra lean, 250 grams

    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    *Potatoes Raw, 8 oz, diced
    Blue Menu beef broth salt free, 3.6 cup
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp

    Green Beans (snap), 1 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, .6 cup, pieces or slices
    Parsley, .25 cup
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)

Tips

Optional: If you want extra flavour add a couple of tablespoons of pasta sauce or tomato sauce.


Directions

Saute garlic and onions in non-stick pot.
Add ground beef and brown thoroughly, add potatoes, carrots, pepper and broth. Simmer 20 mins covered.
Add green beans mushrooms, parsley and water. Simmer for 15 mins covered or until vegetables are cooked to desired softness.

Serving Size: Makes 8 cups.
