    *sweet yellow onion, raw (1 medium onion), 1 serving (remove)
    *Red Bell Pepper (Peppers, sweet, red, raw) (USDA) (1 medium, 119 g), 1 serving (remove)
    Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips, 1 serving (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 8 plum tomato (remove)
    Tomato Paste, .25 cup (remove)
    Chili powder, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Oregano, ground, .75 tsp (remove)
    Red Wine, 4 fl oz (remove)
    Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Beans, red kidney, 3 cup (remove)
    Salt, 1 dash (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)

Directions

1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion, bell peppers, and garlic. Cover and cook until softened, about 10 minutes. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, oregano, wine, water, ,beans, and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until the flavors are blended and the desired consistency is achieved, about 30 minutes.
2. Serve hot, topped with avocados and black olives.
