Ingredients

1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
2 scoops vanilla isolate protein powder
1 ripe banana, mashed
2 Tbsp reduced fat peanut butter
3 Tbsp PB2
3 Tbsp sugar free maple syrup
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, protein powder, cinnamon, flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. In a separate bowl, combine the banana, peanut butter, syrup, PB2, applesauce and milk and mix until PB2 is well incorporated. Drop by the spoonful onto the prepared baking sheet.
3. Bake for 15 - 17 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serving Size: Makes 18 cookies
