    Eggplant
    Squash
    Zucchini
    Pie Crust
    Cheese
    Tomatos

Directions

Peal and chop up all veggies. Cook in oven until a bit brown. (450 oven temp) Then Place into a pie crust and add tomatos and cover with cheese and place back into oven and cook until cheese is brown.
