Ingredients


    Use all Organic ingredients where possible.

    Lentils, 1.5 cup
    Carrots, raw, 2 large small dice
    Celery, raw, 3 stalk, medium small dice
    Onions, raw, 2 medium small dice
    Garlic, 3 clove chopped
    Bay Leaf 1 whole
    fresh Rosemary, 1-2 med stalk
    *Organic Better Than Bouillon Vegetable Base, 6 tsp
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    Water, tap, 12 cup
    Pepper, black to taste
    *kosher salt to taste

Tips

Do not under cook or lentils will be tough. Do not over cook or vegetable and lentils will be too mushy.


Directions

Sweat Onions, Garlic, celery and carrots in olive oil and Bay Leaf. Add Lentils, stir, add water, bring to a simmer. Add a good vegetable base such as better than Boullon. Cook until lentils are tender. Add chopped Rosemary, season to taste with S&P.
