Ingredients

1 12oz bag whole wheat egg noodles, cooked
1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom
1 can Campbell's Cream of Asparagus
1.5 c low fat shredded cheese
1 15oz can of peas
1 tbls healthy butter spread, melted (I used Smart Balance)
salt and pepper to taste
Tips
Even better the next day! Add more veggies if you'd like to beef it up! Also it's awesome with some hot sauce on top!
Directions
Cook noodles according to package directions.
Mix soups, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Combine noodles, soup mixture, and cheese, and transfer to a casserole dish.
Bake at 400 for about 30 minutes.
Melt butter while giving the casserole a quick stir.
Combine butter with bread crumbs and sprinkle on top.
Bake for 5 more minutes, then remove and allow to rest for a few minutes before serving.
Serving Size: Makes 6 servings
