Ingredients

    Onion, raw, 1 large
    5 CubesChicken Boullion CubeWild Rice, 8 cup(remove)
    7 Cups Buttermilk, lowfat
    3 Red Potato
    48 oz Jennie O Turkey Thick Cut Turkey Bacon
    32 oz Velveeta Light Cheese Product
    5 stalks Celery
    3 cups water

Tips

Use a heavy bottom stock pot and contiously stir to avoid burning - do not boil.


Directions

cut bacon into bite size pieces and cook
dice onion and celery and saute in seperate pan
boil potatos and rice seperate
boil 3 cups water with chicken boullion

combine all cooked ingredients in a stock pot and add cheese (cubed) and milk.

stir continuously until cheese is melted and soup is hot.
