Introduction

Veggie loaded chowder for a cold day. Veggie loaded chowder for a cold day.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Chop all ingredients into bite size pieces or to your preferred size. Salt, pepper and herbs to taste. Add everything to slow cooker except milk. Add the milk the last hour.

Tips

I like using 1# of lake perch and 1# of imitation crab. When using the imitation crab I also add that the last hour with the milk.


Directions

Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. This may vary slightly depending on your slow cooker.
