Ingredients

    1 tsp salt
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 tbsp shrimp paste
    1 clove garlic
    1" piece ginger root
    1 fresh red Thai chili (more or less optional)
    2 tbsp fish sauce
    2 wedge fresh lime juice
    1 cucumber (shredded)
    10 cherry tomatoes (halved)

Tips

All ingredients may be altered to taste, more or less of any ingredient will vary on your own taste.


Directions

Take salt, sugar, shrimp paste, garlic, ginger and pepper and grind into a paste. Add fish sauce and lime and mix. add shredded cucumber and halved tomatoes and mix.
serve.
