Introduction

Ingredients

    1/3 c. Oats
    1 egg
    1/4 c. pumpkin puree
    2 T. applesauce
    2 t. agave
    Pumpkin spice and extra cinnamon to taste

Tips

I usually put all ingredients in my Ninja blender for a very smooth consistency.


Directions

1. (Optional) Blend oats a bit to make the consistency more pie-like.
2. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a microwave-safe mug.
3. Cook on high for 1 minute. Check and cook in 30 second intervals until center is no longer liquidy (about 2 minutes in my microwave). Remove and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes one filling breakfast in a mug.
