Introduction

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups flour
    1 cup sugar
    3 1/2 teaspon baking powder
    Salt-dash
    3 tablespoons canola oil
    3/4 cup milk
    1 egg
    1 1/2 cups mashed banana (3-4 medium)




Tips

Check center of bread with toothpick after 55 minutes. If comes out clean, bread is done. Cook up to additional 10 minutes if necessary.


Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two small loaf pans.

Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl; and beat for 1-2 minutes. Make sure to scrape the bowl to mix as ingredients well.

Pour into loaf pan(s) and bake for 55 minutes.

After cooling completely, slice into 16 slices.

If craving butter, sprinkle with Molly McButter butter sprinkles.

Serving Size: Makes 16 slices of bread.
